630pm – Official start: Appetizer, Beverage stations open

7pm – Dessert stations open, Players first (Seniors then rest of the team)

720pm – End slideshow/music, Coach intros Coaches, Welcome Message, Booster Message

740pm – Scholar Athlete Awards, All League Awards, TPW’s, 4-Year Seniors

8pm – Dessert stations close, Beverage station stays open, Kenny Wilson Award of Excellence

810pm – Senior Recognitions

820pm – Senior Speakers

830pm – Closing Remarks: Coach Giuliano
